My therapeutic approach is to use a breath-centered approach to deep connective tissue work and gentle Swedish massage. I am drawn to working with head, neck, and low back issues, although I have extensive experience working with a very wide range of issues.
Based on your needs, I will design every session to honor the needs of your body and nurture feelings of wholeness and greater awareness, creating a new experience every time. Afterward the session, I can recommend breathing exercises, practical stretches, and other useful information. I can also help you to develop a long term plan for massage and energy work treatment for specific needs.
I am dedicated to provide clients with nurturing treatments and continuing education to promote relaxation and self-healing. The success of "Massage by Niko" is built on trust, expertise, professionalism, and a personal touch that always puts the health and well-being of my clients first.
Thank you for exploring this website and discovering the services I offer.
